Include inspiration links, colours, sizing notes, and your budget band if you have one.

Consultation
Sue responds within 2–3 working days. Email for most pieces; video call for complex couture.
This is where fabric, embellishment, and silhouette start to take shape together.

Quote & deposit
You receive a fixed quote with clear inclusions. A 50% deposit secures your place in the atelier.
Balance is due before dispatch. Rush timelines can be discussed where needed.

Creation
4–12 weeks depending on the piece. Progress updates on request throughout.
Every commission is hand-finished, signed, and documented before it leaves the atelier.
